Cowboy Grant was a phenomenal guide, pointing out interesting rock formations, vegetation, and incredible views. My lunch on top of the mountain overlooking the Las Vegas strip far below tasted better than any meal I had during my week in Vegas, as the unforgettable scenery proved to be the perfect backdrop. This afternoon spent in the desert will be remembered..
