Horseback riding is classified as a "RUGGED ADVENTURE RECREATIONAL SPORT ACTIVITY." Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason deemed appropriate by management of Cowboy Trail Rides for the safety of our guests, staff, or property. We further reserve the right to alter, modify, or cancel a ride due to bad weather, unsafe conditions, or requests made by governmental, park, or state agencies. A FULL refund is given if we must cancel a ride.

All prices and availability of rides are subject to change without notice by Cowboy Trail Rides. Credit Cards will be pre-authorized for certain pre-paid rides and are non-transferable. Reservations are guaranteed 100% upon reservation request and tour deposit authorization. We maintain a strict 24-hour cancellation policy and may be reached at 702-387-2457. You must give a minimum 24 hours notice before your scheduled ride in order to cancel and recieve a full refund less $25 on your credit card. Should you fail to cancel 24 hours the day prior to reservation time and date, your credit card will be charged the full ammount. You will be given a twelve (12) month credit on a comparable ride at current prices at Cowboy Trail Rides. No cash refunds are available.

All riders must reconfirm selected ride by calling 702-387-2457, at least 24 hours in advance of the ride. It is the riders' responsibility to ensure they are in the correct pick-up locations at the correct time. Please be ready 15 - 20 minutes prior to pick-up time. Duration of rides, along with pick up and drop off times, are approximate. Please call 702-387-2457 and speak to one of our agents for itinerary changes.
